Since April 2021, we have been running quarterly two-day Product Management Bootcamps with the University of Canterbury Executive Education division, recently adding a Go To Market one-day course. We have consistently had very positive feedback, with participants finding the course immensely valuable, pragmatic, and helpful not only in improving their day-to-day Product Management and Delivery work but also for future career development.


Pegasus Health supports many aspects of health and wellbeing in Canterbury, providing services to general practices and the community. They wanted a bespoke program/training using healthcare examples and experiences to bring together a team of Product Managers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to a common understanding of how to build and deliver great products and customer experiences. We received feedback from both participants and leadership that this training and coaching helped them reset and bring a strategic, customer-focused, and agile lens to their work resulting in significant improvements in productivity and user & customer engagement & uptake.


Dynamic is a world-leading designer and manufacturer of electronic controls for power wheelchairs and scooters, committed to enhancing the lives of people with disabilities. Incorporating a philosophy to build on an intimate understanding of mobility product users meant that they had to challenge themselves to do things differently.

We started with a focus on Better User Stories, extending to a wider training and coaching program for product leads, and an additional supporting program for tech and solution design leads to incorporate the mindsets, skillsets, and tools needed to make the change. Dynamic is now proudly customer-centric, value and market-focused, and metrics-driven in their product and delivery approach.


CTCT (a joint venture between Trimble Inc. and Caterpillar Inc.) develops positioning and control products for earthmoving and paving machines in the construction and mining industries, using technologies such as GNSS, optical total stations, lasers, and sonics.

CTCT was keen to improve the way they worked to improve customer and user satisfaction, staff engagement & productivity, and product quality. With change management and people-led as our core philosophies, we created a slow but sure shift in leaders’ & teams’ mindsets and ways of working using a combination of training, workshops, operational changes, onboarding videos, and ongoing coaching. Thanks to these changes, globally CTCT has gone from an output and feature-driven product and release cycle that made minimal market impact to building and releasing innovative products, market-leading, & revenue drivers for the organization.
