Who we are
Tasneem Gould
With over 25 years of experience in tech focussed on understanding customers needs, building great products and emploering delivery teams, Tas is an experienced practitioner and trainer in Product-led software development, with deep skills in Customer Experience Design, Product Strategy, Release Planning, and Agile Development. In her current roles, she's combining these to launch new products, expand into new markets and partnerships, develop delightful customer experiences, and create a smooth, inclusive and impactful product operations structure.
Ashley Bass
Ashley is an enthusiastic and impactful leader with loads of experience delivering value for customers and outcomes for business as a product management leader and strategic marketer. She is especially passionate about evolving product practice to achieve product-led growth, collaborating to scale the business, making sure the voice of the customer impacts strategy, and working with cross-functional teams to bring products and features to market in the most impactful way.
Rich Mironov
Rich provides product management leadership and coaching to large and small tech companies, with more than 150 clients since 2001. His focus is training Coaching VPs of Product and CPOs to create empowered, customer-focused product teams. He wrote "The Art of Product Management" and is a voice for the scrappy entrepreneur in all of us. Founder of Product Camp, he's an in-demand speaker for business/executive and technical audiences. Rich has taught at top business schools worldwide, at conferences, and chaired the first product manager/product owner tracks at the annual Agile Conference.
Andreas Kacofegitis
Andreas Kacofegitis is a seasoned leader and delivery consultant recognized for uniting teams and successfully guiding them to deliver exceptional outcomes; specialising in large-project delivery. People, Process, Environment is his recipe for delivery culture. His extensive experience in program delivery, team building, and innovative solutioning positions him as a valuable asset in the realm of delivery consultancy. He also now sports a fetching beard.
Iryna Melynk
Iryna is a product leader whose career has spanned a multitude of industries and various product stages, from early product ideas to growing and mature products. She is enthusiastic about building strong product teams as much as she is enthusiastic about building great products. As a coach, Iryna's heart beats fastest for Continuous Discovery, strategy, decision-making, and people leadership.
